Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee. You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns of both faulty and non-faulty items. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You pay the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

What about my statutory right to cancel?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days. This 14-day period is included in our 30-day return window, and your statutory right to cancel is not affected.

What condition do returned items need to be in?

Items must be new and unused and in their original condition. Please also return them in their original packaging where possible.

How do I return an item?

Yes. When you return an item within the 30-day return window, you can choose an exchange instead of a refund. The same conditions apply: the item must be new, unused and in its original condition, and you pay the return postage.
